Jesus said,
“Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”
There is a yoke that looks good, but slowly blinds and confines.
And there is another yoke, the one Jesus offers, that is easy and light.
Think
In the yoke of bondage, we carry the full weight.
We struggle
We strive
We stay confined
In the yoke of Christ, He carries the burden.
We are connected to Him.
If we stop fighting and follow where He leads, there is rest.
You do not have to walk in your own strength.
You can attach to His.
Today’s Songs

Pray
Thank You, Lord, for showing me I do not have to live in my own strength, stuck in bondage, but that I can attach to the strength of Jesus.
You make my burdens light.
Help me remember to let You lead me today.
In Jesus’s strong name I pray, Amen.
