Hey friends,
Some glitches make our words feel stuck, clumsy, or even harmful — writer’s block hits, conversations fall flat, or we simply feel uninspired and ineffective.
But what if we surrendered our “hands” (our pens, our tongues, our daily words) completely to God?
I wrote this acrostic poem as a prayer for exactly those moments — asking God to speak through me so my words become springs of life, wisdom, and delight acceptable in His sight.
Let’s invite the King to speak through our hands, words, and actions.

God promises that when our hearts are stirred by a noble theme, and our words are directed to the King, they can become a fountain of life that nourishes many and brings delight.
Our words matter.
Our writing matters.
Our conversations matter.
When you feel stuck or empty, remember you can ask the King to speak through your hands.
Supporting Verses
Psalm 45:1 – “My heart is stirred by a noble theme… my tongue is the pen of a ready writer.”

Practical Steps to Live This Out This Week
• Name the struggle: When words won’t come, pause and pray: “Speak through my hands today, King.”
• Ask for a noble theme: Before writing, speaking, or posting, pray for God’s words and direction.
• Pour out life: Look for one person today to encourage with wisdom or delight.
• Check acceptability: Before sending a message, ask “Is this acceptable in Your sight?”
